A solar-thermalsupport is planned. You receive individual equipment with pleasure on inquiry.

Which kind of heating-system is planned?
The standard heating is an electric natural stoneheating or infrared heating (glass panels or flat panels) with thermo-statically controlled heating elements on walls or ceiling in everyroom. If requested any other heating, e.g., under-floor heating with gas burneror woodpellets can be installed.

How is the Conhouse insulated, does it fulfil thenational regulations?
The Conhouse fulfils all national regulations with regard to noise prevention and heat insulation. The multi-layer construction ofthe outside cover provides for a maximum in comfort.

Are additional installations, as for example PV systemsor solar collectors possible?
The installation of PV systems and solar-thermalcollectors is planned and is recommended by us. On a roof surface of approx.100 m ² (flat roof) is installable a PV system with an achievement of approx. 6kWp. This produces in sunny regions of Germany approx. 6,000 kWh of electricityper year which corresponds to the annual consumption of a 5-headed family.

In addition, solarthermal collectors can be installedto the hot-water production which can save with optimum interpretation, up to70% of energy.

Floorplans / Planning
You can find many standard plans on our web page. We provide individual plans with pleasure for you. The base is the basic raster of 10" / 16" / 20" / 24" / 30" lengths and a width of 8".
The ceiling height is individual.

What is the basic the wall / floor /ceiling construction?

Dimensions: Ia there a least or a maximum overall size
The smallest unity consists out of one unit of theraster size described above, e.g., as an allotment garden, country house or wellness house. Upwards no limits exist in principle. To reach a maximum heat insulation (according to thelegal regulations) the walls are built up in a multi-layer construction and covered with facade elements which cover the steel structure completely. Therefore the Conhouse is not recognizable as a container and is de facto asteel skeleton prefabricated house.
The outside facade is individualizeable and can receive a stone, wooden opticsor also aluminium optics.

Yes, the Conhouse is as a steel skeleton prefabricated house comparably with wooden skeleton prefabricated houses (e.g., company Huf Haus).
The quality and longevity of a Conhouse is equal to traditional constructions. All legal requirements and standards are kept of course or even excelled, inparticular the requirements of the EnEv (energy saving order).

Besides, the Conhouse is conceived earthquake-proofand can be also built up in suitable regions without hesitation.
